The LED lights on your BT Hub indicate its current status and can help you identify any issues. Below is a comprehensive guide to understanding these indicators:

Solid Blue
Meaning:
Your Hub is connected to broadband and working correctly.
Recommended Action:
No action needed. If you're experiencing issues, try restarting your device.

Flashing Orange
Meaning:
There's a problem with the Hub or broadband service.
Recommended Action:
Restart your Hub. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset using a paperclip to press the reset button. If the red light remains, contact Zoiko Broadband Support.
Solid Orange

️ Troubleshooting Tips
Restart Your Hub
Many connection issues can be resolved by turning your BT Hub off and on. Press the Power button on the back until all the lights go off, wait for 5 minutes, then press the Power button again until all the lights come back on. It may take a few minutes for the lights to settle.

Ensure all cables are securely
connected, including the broadband
cable and any filters if used.
